Jennifer Ostmann, MA, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health and life challenges. She works with teens and adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, women’s health concerns, and major life transitions. Her background includes specialized training in perinatal mood disorders, EMDR, and health psychology, allowing her to integrate both mind‑body awareness and trauma‑informed care into her work.
Jennifer’s approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness‑based strategies, with additional experience in acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and person‑centered work. She tailors each session to the individual, helping clients identify unhelpful thinking patterns, build coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of their emotions without judgment.
Jennifer is passionate about supporting women through motherhood, identity shifts, and the physical and emotional demands of life. She also works with clients facing grief, relationship stress, body image concerns, sleep difficulties, and trauma. Her goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move toward meaningful change.
